Responding to a call for submissions for a live student run exhibition I plan to use this brief as a quick break from the significant briefs and commercial work as a means to work purely conceptually creating a small resolution I can push to an abstract place. The brief is to receive a randomly selected track and create a bold reinterpretation of its cover art for use within a student exhibition to celebrate the balance between art and music. Assigning this as a one day brief I look forward to the quick turn around and ensures I don't become too wrapped up in the concept and focus more on its expression, and how it appeals to an audience within an exhibition environment.
